Die Klinikum in NRW zählt zu den führenden und innovativen Kliniken im Sauerland. In den Fachabteilungen Anästhesie, Allgemein- u. Viszeralchirurgie, Gefäßchirurgie, Orthopädie und Traumatologie, Rheumatologie, Innere Medizin (inkl. Schwerpunkte Kardiologie, Gastroenterologie), und Geriatrie (inkl. Tagesklinik) werden jährlich 10.000 stationäre und 15.000 ambulante Patient:innen versorgt. In die Klinik integriert sind das Darmzentrum Südsauerland sowie ein Institut für Diagnostische Radiologie. Die Medizintechnik befindet sich in allen Bereichen auf dem modernsten Stand. CT, MRT und DSA gehören zu unserer Standardausstattung.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Chefarzt/-ärztin Anästhesie und Intensivmedizin (w/m/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Sie entwickeln die Klinik unter strukturellen, organisatorischen sowie strategischen Aspekten gemeinsam mit der Klinikgeschäftsführung kontinuierlich weiter. Sie verantworten die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung und Führung sowie die stetige Weiterentwicklung. Als Chefarzt/-ärztin (m/w/d) sind Sie teamorientiert und motivieren und begeistern die Mitarbeiter:innen. Sie pflegen den engen fachlichen Austausch mit anderen Fachbereichen des Hauses mit dem Ziel, das bestmögliche Ergebnis für die Patient:innen zu erreichen

Sie sind Facharzt/-ärztin für Anästhesie und Intensivmedizin (m/w/d) und verfügen über die Zusatzbezeichnung Anästhesiologische Intensivmedizin. Ihre Persönlichkeit ist durch hohe fachliche und menschliche Kompetenz, Führungs- und Managementqualitäten, Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent sowie Innovationsbereitschaft gekennzeichnet. Sie beherrschen alle erforderlichen Diagnostiktechniken und Behandlungsprinzipien Ihres Fachbereiches. Unternehmerisches und wirtschaftliches Denken, hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen runden Ihr Profil ab
