Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Chefarzt/-ärztin der Notfallmedizin (w/m/d)

Sie verfügen über einen Facharzt (m/w/d) für Innere Medizin, Chirurgie Anästhesie oder Allgemeinmedizin. Sie haben die deutsche Approbation, Empathie und Einfühlungsvermögen, hohe Sensitivität und Flexibilität im Umgang mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern. Sie haben Innovationsfreude und die Bereitschaft neue Entwicklungen voranzutreiben.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Leitung der notfallmedizinischen Patientenerstversorgung und Initiierung der weiterführenden Diagnostik und Behandlung sowie die innovative und zukunftsorientierte Weiterentwicklung der notfallmedizinischen Leistungen mit Blick auf die Klinikreform. Sie sind Ansprechpartner für externe Partner im Bereich der Notfallversorgung z.B. Rettungsdienste. Die Förderung der interdisziplinären und standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit der Notaufnahmen und der klinischen Fachbereiche sowie die Sicherstellung der Aus- und Weiterbildung gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich,
