Stellenausschreibung – Chefkoch (m/w/d) für nepalesische Küche

Für unser Restaurant suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen und leidenschaftlichen Chefkoch (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf der nepalesischen Küche.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zubereitung authentischer nepalesischer Gerichte mit Fokus auf Momos (nepalesische Dumplings)
  • Eigenständige Organisation und Leitung der Küche
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Speisekarte
  • Zubereitung weiterer klassischer Gerichte wie gebratene Nudeln und Reisgerichte
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Hygiene und reibungslosen Abläufen in der Küche
  • Wareneinkauf und Lagerverwaltung

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Koch, idealerweise in der nepalesischen Küche
  • Spezialisierung oder fundierte Kenntnisse in der Zubereitung von Momos (Dumplings)
  • Erfahrung mit nepalesischen Nudel- und Reisgerichten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Leidenschaft für authentische Küche und hochwertige Zutaten
