This is a fully on-site role involving direct, day-to-day interaction with customers, engineering, and the manufacturing team.
- Key Responsibilities:

- - Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical people clearly and accurately
- - Well-organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks at the same time
- - Comfortable in a manufacturing environment and able to work well across different departments on-site
- - Able to commit to working on-site full time at one of the locations listed above
- Preferred Qualifications:
- - Previous experience in a technical sales, applications engineering, or customer-facing engineering capacity
- - Working knowledge of polyurethane foam, polymer science, or materials chemistry
- - Experience within a small or mid-sized manufacturing company
- - Prior exposure to the medical, aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing sectors
