Job Description

Albemarle is hiring for a Chemical Operator . This position is in-office and located in Qinzhou Guangxi .

What You Will Do

• •熟悉并严格遵守公司安全、环境、职业健康、工艺安全、质量等各项管理规定；
• •熟悉生产工艺流程，熟悉岗位设备的基本结构与性能；
• •熟练掌握并严格遵守岗位 SOP 操作规程，熟练操作现场岗位设备或中控设备
• •熟悉设备维护保养制度，严格做好设备的维护和保养；
• •严格按照设备巡检表定时做好巡检巡查，如实做好生产现场或中控的各种记录；
• •密切注意生产现场设备运行或中控数据状况，确保生产现场和中控之间的信息沟通及时、准确
• •中控界面操作时，严密监视温度、压力等各项参数的变化，重点关注机、泵运行状况，分析生产过程是否正常运行，根据数据变化在要求范围内或按生产指令调整相应的参数；
• •生产现场或中控数据出现异常情况应立即汇报，并按照流程进行处理；
• •按要求 做好 岗位现场 5S 工作，避免浪费行为 ；
• •积极参加公司和车间组织的培训和考核，并确保考核获得通过；
• •熟悉并严格遵守公司劳动纪律、请休假等各项管理规定；
• •遵循公司核心价值观，遵守公司行为准则等合规政策的要求；
• •服从上级的管理和调度，保质保量地按时完成各项工作任务；
• •完成领导交办的其他工作事项。

What You Bring

Required:

• •大专以上学历；有化学化工等相关专业可放宽学历要求；
• •有大中型制造企业车间操作工工作经验，化工企业经验优先；
• •懂现代化机器设备操作及维保；

It’d be great if you also had:

• •具备良好的职业道德；工作认真负责，团结同事；服从上级人员的管理和调度；良好的沟通能力和执行力。
• •会基本的电脑操作；
• •有特种设备安全管理和作业人员证，或特种作业操作证者优先；
