  • Selbstständige Planung und Organisation der praktischen Laborarbeiten auf Grundlage vorgegebener Studienpläne
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Drug-Metabolism- und Biotransformationsstudien
  • Aufarbeitung biologischer Proben, z.B. Plasma, Urin, Fäzes, Gewebe
  • Durchführung von Proteinfällung, Flüssig-Flüssig-Extraktion (LLE) und Festphasenextraktion (SPE)
  • Durchführung von in-vitro-Inkubationen, z.B. mit Lebermikrosomen, Hepatozyten, S9-Fraktionen
  • Methodenentwicklung und Probenanalytik für kleine organische Moleküle, neue chemische Wirkstoffkandidaten (NCEs) und Peptide mittels LC-MS/MS und hochauflösender Massenspektrometrie
  • Identifizierung und Strukturaufklärung von Metaboliten mithilfe hochauflösender Massenspektrometrie
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte gemäß GLP-Standards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Studienleitern, insbesondere bei der praktischen Umsetzung der Studien, der Diskussion von Studienergebnissen, sowie bei der Erstellung von Studienberichten und Präsentationsunterlagen
  • QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant (m/w/d), biologisch-technischer Assistent (m/w/d) / BTA, chemisch-technischer Assistent (m/w/d) /CTA, Bachelor of Science oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gutes Verständnis analytischer Messverfahren und praktische Erfahrung in der Durchführung von LC-MS/MS-Analysen
  • Erfahrung in der Aufarbeitung biologischer Proben, z.B. durch Proteinfällung, Flüssig-Flüssig-Extraktion oder Festphasenextraktion
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Biotransformation, Drug Metabolism oder Metabolitenidentifikation wünschenswert
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Kultivieren von Zellen von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
