Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung und fachliche Anleitung von Produkt-Analytik von festen Arzneiformen mit Schwerpunkt HPLC/UPLC und GC
  • Durchführung von und fachliche Unterstützung bei Methodenvalidierungen
  • Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit bei Planungstätigkeiten
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Root Cause Analysen im Rahmen von Abweichungsmanagement und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätssicherungssysteme im Labor
  • Fachliche Unterstützung der Labormitarbeiter:innen vor Ort, Trouble Shooting im Zusammenhang mit Analysenmethoden und Laborgeräten, Anleitung zur Problemlösung
  • Kontrolle und Verbesserung der laufenden Arbeitsabläufe
  • Mitwirkung bei Audits und Inspektionen
  • Durchführung von Gemba Walks (GMP und Safety)
  • Identifikation und Umsetzen von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten (GMP, Organisation, Arbeitssicherheit)

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene chemisch-technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (z.B. Lehre, HTL oder Studium in Chemie, Pharmazie, Lebensmittel- und Biotechnologie)
  • Vorerfahrung mit HPLC/UPLC Analytik unbedingt notwendig
  • Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • GMP-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Software
  • Selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbare und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und proaktive Handlungsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und souveräne Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
