Chemielaborant / Lacklaborant

  • Qualitätssicherung im Bereich Pulverbeschichtung auf Aluminiumprofilen
  • Technische Ausbildung, Arbeit im 2-Schichtsystem
  • Laboruntersuchungen und Dokumentation von Produktaudits
  • Stichprobenprüfung beim Vormaterial und versandfertigen Teilen
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Werte bei Vorbehandlung, Beschichtung und Einbrennen
  • Wasser- Brauchwasseruntersuchung
  • chemische und technologische Prüfungen von Prozessparametern
  • Prüfmittelüberwachung, Reklamationsbearbeitung, Lieferantenbewertung

Ihre technische Ausbildung befähigt Sie, unsere vorgegebenen Qualitätsziele im zweischichtigen Produktionsprozess zu erfüllen.
