Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Forschung an Rezepturen und Prozessen in den Bereichen Mischen, Beschichtung, Verdichten und Zellbau im Labormaßstab
  • Bau, Messung und Auswertung von Knopfzellen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Organisation, Überwachung und Optimierung der Aufgaben und Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb der R&D Abteilung
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisung, Prozessen und Berichten
  • Planung, Durchführung, Dokumentation und Auswertung von verschiedenen Analysen
  • Inbetriebnahme von neuen Laborgeräten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als CTA, Chemielaborant\*in oder einer gleichwertigen Berufsausbildung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Programmen, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sprachkenntnisse mindestens auf B1-Niveau
  • Du teilst unsere Begeisterung für die Zukunft der Energiespeicherung und hast Lust, dich und deine Ideen ins Team einzubringen
