Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführen der Formulierungen nach Produktionsplan, Rezeptur und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Reinigung der Produktionsanlagen und Mischbehälter
  • Einwaage und Zugabe von Rohstoffen unter EBachtung der entsprechenden Sicherheitsdatenblätter und Anweisungen
  • Prozessdokumentation nach GMP-/ISO-/internen Vorgaben
  • Eigenverantwortlich Qualitätskontrolle während und nach dem Prozess (z.b. pHWert, Viskosität, Dichte)
  • Meldung und Dokumentation von Abweichungen, Störungen oder Qualitätsmängeln
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften zu Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz, Hygiene und Ordnung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Labor, Technik, und Logistik, z.B. bei Abfüllung oder Produktfreigabe
  • Mitarbeit beid er kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen
