Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Anlagensteuerung: Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Überwachung und Bedienung unserer modernen Produktionsanlagen über ein Prozessleitsystem sowie durch regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Kontrollen.
  • Prozessüberwachung: Sie stellen den optimalen und kontinuierlichen Ablauf des Fertigungsprozesses von der Rohstoffzufuhr bis zur Abfüllung und Verpackung sicher.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Zur Sicherung unseres hohen Qualitätsstandards entnehmen Sie regelmäßig Proben für unser Labor und dokumentieren die Ergebnisse.
  • Sicherheit und Richtlinien: Die strikte Einhaltung von Rezepturen, Herstellvorschriften sowie den Vorgaben des Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzes (inklusive ISO 9001-Richtlinien) hat für Sie höchste Priorität.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemikant (m/w/d), eine Ausbildung als Produktionsfachkraft Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Industrie oder der Anlagenbedienung mit.
  • Arbeitsweise: Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und eine analytische, strukturierte Denkweise zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Flexibilität: Sie bringen die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb mit.
