Verantwortlichkeiten

An-, Abfahren, Steuern und Überwachen der Produktions-, Hilfs- und Nebenanlagen anhand der Betriebsdaten
Gelegentliche Übernahme von Messwartentätigkeiten (Vertretung)
Chargierung von Rohstoffen und Produkten
Konfektionierung von flüssigen Abfällen
Freistellung von Pumpen, Leitungen und Apparaten (Reparaturvorbereitung)
Probenahme, Auswertung und Protokollierung der Analysen
Dokumentation von Betriebs- und Wartungsdaten
Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
Meldung/Beseitigung von Störungen sowie Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Sicherheit-, Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutz
Einweisung von Partnerfirmenmitarbeitern

Anforderungen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant, Produktions-/Industriefachkraft Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Produktion, Erfahrung im Bedienen von Anlagen sowie im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
Grundkenntnisse von Produktionsabläufen sowie in der Verfahrenstechnik, Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit einem hohen Maß an Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein, ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie flexible Arbeitsweise
Staplerführerschein erforderlich (idealerweise Kranführerschein), körperliche Belastbarkeit im Sinne der arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeuntersuchung für Atemschutzgeräteträger G.26.3
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit sowie zum Dienst in der nebenberuflichen Feuerwehr im Werk
