  • Sichere Steuerung und Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses verschiedener Anlagen
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse zur Steigerung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Einsparung von Rohstoffen und Energie
  • Unterstützung des Schichtführers und der Produktionsleitung bei operativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemikant (m/w/d) oder technischen Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im chemischen Bereich
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (aktuell 5-Tage-Woche, zukünftige Umstellung auf ein rollierendes 7-Tage-System)
