Chemikant (m/w/d) in Wechselschicht

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Umstellung der Anlagen im Organosilanbetrieb Spezialprodukte (u. a. Emulsions-, BC-, KTB-, TTC-, BMDS-, TEOS-, DAMO- und Salzi-Anlagen sowie Tanklager und Wäscher/Brenner)
  • Erfassung, Kontrolle und Korrektur sicherheits- und qualitätsrelevanter Betriebsparameter sowie des technischen Anlagenzustands
  • Durchführung von Probenahmen zur Prozess- und Qualitätskontrolle sowie Dokumentation im Betriebsprotokoll und in Ansatzblättern
  • Vorbereitung der Anlagen für Revisions-, Reparatur- und Reinigungsarbeiten sowie Bedienung der Abfüllstationen inkl. Kennzeichnung und Transport
  • Ab- und Umfüllarbeiten (IBC, Fässer, Kanister) inkl. Überwachung der Füllung und Spülung mit Stickstoff gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen und Gefahrgütern sowie sicherer Umgang mit Prozessleitsystemen und Vor-Ort-Steuerungen
  • Kenntnisse in SAP-R11-Modulen, QM, DV-Standardprogrammen sowie idealerweise TPM und PIMS
  • Gabelstaplerführerschein sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im vollkontinuierlichen Wechselschichtsystem
  • Energie- und kostenbewusster Arbeitsstil unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Rahmenbedingungen sowie hohe Bereitschaft zu Teamarbeit und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
