Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen aus der pharmazeutischen Produktion in Minden suchen wir aktuell engagierte Fachkräfte als Chemikant / Pharmakant (m/w/d).

In dieser Position tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Herstellung pharmazeutischer Produkte bei und arbeiten in einem modernen Produktionsumfeld unter Einhaltung hoher Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwachung moderner Produktionsanlagen
  • Durchführung und Kontrolle von Herstellungsprozessen im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
  • GMP-konforme Dokumentation sämtlicher Produktionsschritte
  • Abfüllung und Verarbeitung von Wirkstoffen unter Reinraumbedingungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit chemischen Stoffen und Produktionsmaterialien
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant, Pharmakant, Produktionsfachkraft Chemie oder vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Pharma-, Chemie- oder Produktionsindustrie von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit und Atemschutztauglichkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

  • Zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristete Festanstellung (mit Option auf Übernahme)
  • Gehalt: 50.000 € - 65.000 € zzgl. attraktiver Schichtzulagen
