• What you'll do
• •Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on concept development and feasibility assessment of next-generation semiconductor technologies and products.
• •Define and drive the strategic technology roadmap for concept and feasibility initiatives, aligning engineering activities with business objectives and future market requirements.
• •Foster innovation by promoting creative problem-solving, technical excellence, and the exploration of novel engineering approaches.
• •Drive cross-functional collaboration with product engineering, systems engineering, process engineering, sourcing, quality, and external partners to ensure successful technology maturation.
• •Communicate technical strategies, development progress, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, research institutions, and industry partners to support innovation and technology advancement.
• •Manage team performance, workforce planning, resource allocation, talent development, and succession planning.
• •Establish a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and engineering excellence.

• Who we're looking for
• •Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline, such as Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
• •8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including experience in concept development and concept testing.
• •Previous experience leading technical teams, projects, or engineering organizations.
• •Experience in the semiconductor industry or another highly regulated high-technology environment.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience managing engineering teams within semiconductor equipment development.
• •Experience in organizational development, coaching, mentoring, and talent management.
• •Familiarity with project portfolio management and resource planning

• What We're Offering

A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
