• What you'll do
• •Lead the release and qualification of new chemicals based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with design, safety, and process standards, with a strong emphasis on project management.
• •Evaluate and establish hardware operating limits related to chemical properties, including viscosity, concentration, temperature, and other relevant parameters.
• •Assess and verify the chemical resistance and compatibility of new and existing components when exposed to specified chemicals.
• •Analyze and consolidate technical data into trade-off studies and material selection matrices to support design and redesign decisions, including associated risk assessments.
• •Drive concept development and feasibility projects, providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

• Who we're looking for
• •Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field with 3+ years of experience; or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years; or equivalent experience.
• •Academic background with a strong focus on project management, polymer and plastic materials, and laboratory-based research or testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Two or more years of experience in laboratory testing, chemical analysis, or a related technical environment.
• •Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• •Solid technical aptitude with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• •Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• •Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
