Wir sind ein schnell wachsendes Biotech-Startup am KIT Campus Nord, und machen ultradichte Peptid-Microarrays für die Life-Science-Forschung zugänglich. Unsere Plattform verbindet automatisierte chemische Synthese, fortgeschrittene Oberflächenchemie und biologische Assay-Entwicklung, aufgebaut auf exzellenter akademischer Forschung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Labortätigkeiten rund um Peptid-Microarrays: Anfertigung von Reaktionslösungen, Microarray-Synthese, Zyklisierung, Seitengruppen-Entschützung, Qualitätskontrolle
  • Labormanagement: Bestellung, Warenannehme, Ordnung halten, etc.
  • Mitarbeit bei biologischen Assays und der Datenauswertung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als chemisch-technische Assistenz (CTA) oder vergleichbar
  • Praktische Laborerfahrung. Von Vorteil: Erfahrung unter Biosicherheitsstufe 2
  • Außergewöhnliche Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Präzision. Kleine Fehler verursachen in unseren Arbeitsabläufen große Rückschritte
  • Interesse an Peptidsynthese und Assays. Von Vorteil: Vertrautheit mit Proteinmethoden
  • Englisch auf Konversationsniveau für die tägliche Kommunikation im Labor, in Wort und Schrift
