  • Steuerung des Unternehmens Entwicklung aussagekräftiger Kennzahlen,
  • Reports und Management-Informationssysteme Überwachung und
  • Optimierung der Liquiditäts-, Ergebnis- und Kostenstrukturen
  • Sparringspartner für Geschäftsführung und Gesellschafter bei
  • strategischen und operativen Entscheidungen Weiterentwicklung der
  • Controlling- und Finanzprozesse sowie Sicherstellung transparenter
  • Steuerungsinstrumente Führung und Entwicklung des Finance-Teams Enge
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern sowie
  • Finanzierungspartnern Profilanforderung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes
  • betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling
  • oder Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Einschlägige
  • Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion (Industrieerfahrung bevorzugt)
  • Ausgeprägter Track Record in den Bereichen Controlling,
  • Unternehmensplanung, Reporting und Finanzsteuerung Unternehmerisches
  • Denken, Pragmatismus und Hands-on-Mentalität Sehr gute Deutsch- und
