About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the founders of an AI procurement software company to drive its highest-priority initiatives. You will own execution across go-to-market operations, internal systems, and cross-functional strategy, helping the team turn ambitious plans into measurable progress.
What You'll Do
Advance the company's most important priorities and help founders focus on the work with the greatest impact.
Own go-to-market execution and sales operations by building repeatable systems, playbooks, and automation.
Develop the operational backbone, including reporting, tools, vendor management, and internal processes.
Identify AI tools, run experiments, and integrate effective approaches into work across company functions.
Lead strategic projects from research and planning through delivery, including market analysis, positioning, pricing, and partnerships.
Communicate key decisions and keep cross-functional initiatives aligned and moving forward.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment, such as consulting, venture investing, a high-growth startup, or founding a company.
Hands-on daily experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of their practical capabilities.
Fluency in both German and English.
Experience building or improving operational systems and supporting go-to-market execution is relevant to the role.

Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates should already be based in Berlin or be willing to relocate.
