We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join our global Commercial team, where innovation knows no borders. This team drives strategic clarity and execution across our $2B+ business unit, ensuring alignment across sales, product and commercial operations to help global airlines transition to modern retailing. With an inclusive culture and flexible work environment, we work together with boldness, curiosity and commitment so we can all win together.

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as the principal strategic partner and force multiplier to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). You will oversee the commercial roadmap, manage operating rhythm, coordinate strategic initiatives from inception to implementation and resolve complex organizational issues to optimize executive focus. This role requires high-impact leadership, cross-functional mediation and the confidence to drive pace and accountability across global and regional teams.

What you'll do

Own and evolve the global operating rhythm, governance frameworks, leadership reviews and communication cadence to maintain line of sight between local sales activity and long-term strategy.

Serve as delegated proxy for the CCO in internal and external forums with authority to represent positions, make operational decisions and align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance.

Oversee executive board materials, meeting design and regional engagement visits to ensure leadership discussions translate into actionable development and business outcomes.

Evaluate and implement AI-enabled efficiency tools, automation and emerging toolsets to reduce administrative friction, strengthen decision support and optimize commercial workflows.

What you'll bring

Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Operations or Management Consulting, including proven success in a Chief of Staff or COO capacity.

Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.

Deep commercial expertise in Go-To-Market modeling, customer lifecycle management and global commercial dynamics within SaaS, travel tech or airline IT sectors.

Advanced analytical capability using CRM architectures like Salesforce and data visualization platforms to enforce sales discipline and operational alignment.

Proven executive presence and emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders and mediate cross-functional priorities.

Preferred qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
