Deine Mission

  • Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei strategischen und operativen Themen.
  • Du koordinierst Projekte, hältst Aufgaben und Termine nach und schaffst klare Abläufe.
  • Du bereitest Entscheidungen vor, bündelst Informationen und sorgst für eine verlässliche Kommunikation.
  • Du erkennst Handlungsbedarf frühzeitig und übernimmst eigenständig Verantwortung.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung in Organisation, Führung, Stabsarbeit oder vergleichbaren Funktionen - auch aus dem militärischen Umfeld.
  • Strukturierte, diskrete und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Eigeninitiative, Verlässlichkeit und die Bereitschaft, dich in neue kaufmännische Themen einzuarbeiten.
  • Freude daran, Menschen und Projekte zusammenzubringen.
