Chief of Staff/Right hand to the CEO

Most assistant roles are about managing calendars. This role is about helping build businesses.

We’re looking for a highly intelligent, commercially minded operator to work directly with the CEO across strategy, operations, growth, investments, partnerships, and high-level problem solving.

One day you may be researching international tax structures in Dubai.The next, speaking with major organisations about large-scale event requirements.The next, analysing property investments or helping evaluate a new business opportunity.

This is not a task-following role.

This is for someone who can think, adapt, communicate, and execute at a high level.

What You’ll Actually Do

Solve business and operational problems directly with the CEO

Conduct research across industries, markets, investments, and opportunities

Prepare recommendations and commercial insights

Communicate with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and partners

Help drive projects from concept to execution

Create structure in fast-moving environments

Think critically, not just complete tasks

You will not be micromanaged.

You will be expected to figure things out.

You need step-by-step instructions for everything

You are looking for a traditional VA or admin role

You prefer repetitive tasks and predictable workflows

You struggle with ambiguity or fast-moving environments
