About CHR Group

CHR Group brings together technology solutions that help foodservice and hospitality professionals simplify daily operations, ensure compliance and improve business performance.

Our portfolio combines four complementary businesses:

ePackPro: food safety, HACCP compliance and traceability.

Andy: operational management for restaurant chains and multisite operators.

Adoria: purchasing, inventory, food cost and profitability management.

Rmoni: connected sensors, temperature monitoring and automated alerts.

Following the acquisitions of Andy and Rmoni, and with PSG Equity joining existing investor Verto, the group is entering a new phase of international expansion and product development.

Our ambition is to build a Restaurant OS : a connected ecosystem supporting the operational and economic needs of independent establishments and international chains.

The strategy centres on two differentiated platforms — ePackPro for SMB customers and Andy for Enterprise customers — supported by complementary modules and shared services.

Your mandate

As Chief Product Officer, you will define the group’s product vision and turn it into a coherent platform strategy, investment roadmap and product organisation.

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Executive Committee, you will own product strategy, portfolio management and product governance across the group’s business units.

You will make and champion the decisions that shape the portfolio: where to invest, what to integrate, what to keep independent, what to retire and which capabilities to acquire. You will align executives, investors and teams around these choices and take responsibility for their outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Product vision and portfolio strategy

Define a three-to-five-year vision grounded in customer needs, market opportunities and the group’s growth ambitions.

Build differentiated strategies and roadmaps for SMB and Enterprise customers.

Connect compliance, operational workflows, food cost, workforce management, IoT and Data / AI into a coherent offering.

Establish clear priorities and investment cases, balancing customer value, commercial potential, cost and risk.

M&A and platform integration

Lead product due diligence, assessing strategic fit, product quality, adoption and cross-selling potential.

Partner with the CTO to evaluate technical debt, dependencies and integration complexity.

Define convergence plans covering customer experience, authentication, shared services, data and customer migrations.

Own decisions to integrate, maintain, rebuild or retire products, managing their commercial and operational implications.

Product organisation and leadership

Build and lead a product organisation spanning multiple business units, developing existing teams and recruiting key capabilities.

Hire and coach product leaders, Product Managers, Designers and Product Operations professionals.

Clarify decision-making responsibilities across business units and shared functions.

Establish consistent discovery, prioritisation and performance measurement practices.

Lead organisational change through clear direction, constructive challenge and close engagement with teams.

Execution and commercial performance

Partner with Engineering to deliver reliable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Work with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on packaging, pricing and cross-selling.

Prioritise investments that improve adoption, retention, account expansion and profitability.

Make trade-offs explicit and connect product decisions to business results.

Data and AI

Partner with Technology and Data teams to identify valuable opportunities for automation, decision support and operational insight.

Turn the group’s complementary data assets into useful, reliable customer capabilities.

Develop AI-enabled offerings with demonstrable adoption, customer value and commercial potential.

Embed security, data quality and reliability into product decisions.

What you bring

You have held a CPO or CPTO role with full product accountability in B2B SaaS , with experience extending beyond a single product.

Your track record includes:

Managing a multi-product portfolio and leading post-acquisition integration.

Building product organisations and managing product leaders across complex or international environments.

Translating customer workflows into software that users adopt and businesses value.

Connecting product strategy, platform architecture and commercial performance.

Turning innovation, including Data and AI, into tangible customer outcomes.

Working effectively with a CEO, an Executive Committee and investors. Experience in a private equity-backed business is valuable.

Professional fluency in English, including presenting strategy and defending investment decisions.

Experience in Hospitality Tech, Foodservice, Retail Tech, business management software, Supply Chain or Workforce Management would be particularly relevant.

You communicate clear recommendations, explain their consequences and defend them constructively. You listen closely, adapt when evidence warrants it and take ownership of difficult decisions.

What success looks like

Within 24 months, you will have:

Established a shared product vision and two clearly differentiated platform strategies.

Built an effective product organisation and decision-making framework across business units.

Delivered priority integrations and clarified the future of the product portfolio.

Demonstrated improvements in adoption, retention and cross-selling.

Established the Data and AI foundations for new value-added services.

Success will be measured through customer and business outcomes, alongside the strength of the organisation and the predictability of delivery.

Why join CHR Group

This is an opportunity to shape the product direction of a group at a defining stage of its development.

You will build on established products, complementary expertise and close customer relationships, with direct influence over portfolio decisions, organisational design and investment priorities. Your work will shape both the group’s growth and the daily operations of the professionals it serves.
