Die Ergolabs GmbH schafft am Standort Wuppertal eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle als Chief Technology Officer (Arbeitswissenschaft, HMI und Innovation). Die Position ist der Geschäftsführung unterstellt und stärkt die technologische Entwicklungs-, Architektur-, arbeitswissenschaftliche und Innovationskompetenz der Gesellschaft.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören die technische Gesamtverantwortung für System- und Softwarearchitekturen, die Leitung von Entwicklungs- und Innovationsvorhaben sowie die Weiterentwicklung digitaler Arbeits-, Management-, HMI-, Interaktions-, Portal- und Plattformsysteme. Die Stelle umfasst zudem die fachliche Anleitung interdisziplinärer Entwicklungsteams, die strategische Steuerung technologischer Entwicklungsaktivitäten sowie die Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Geschäftsmodelle.

Voraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene Promotion in Arbeitswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion, Human Factors, Usability Engineering sowie Geschäftsmodellierung und Innovationsmanagement. Erwartet werden mehrjährige Erfahrung in Software- und Systemarchitektur, digitaler Produktentwicklung sowie in der Leitung komplexer Technologie- und Innovationsprojekte.
