You will own the technology strategy, architecture, product development, and engineering direction across a complex software portfolio. The role combines long-term technical vision with hands-on organizational leadership, modernization, product thinking, and operational excellence. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology investments with customer needs and business priorities. A major part of the mandate will be building a high-performing technology organization while advancing secure, scalable, reliable, and configurable platforms. You will also help identify emerging technologies and new opportunities, including the practical application of AI and data-driven capabilities.
