## Werde Chinese Personal Shopper / Chinesischsprachige Kundenbetreuung (m/w/d)

Einsatzort: Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg (BER)

Die Airport Staff GmbH ist ein spezialisierter Dienstleister für Personal- und Verkaufsunterstützung an deutschen Flughäfen.

Am Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg unterstützen wir die Duty-Free-Shops in Bereichen wie Verkaufsberatung, Verkaufsförderung, sowie bei der Warenverräumung. Zusätzlich arbeiten wir für internationale Marken wie z.B. IQOS und betreiben hierfür Shops im Airport.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir chinesischsprachige Kolleg:innen, die gern in einem internationalen Umfeld arbeiten.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust und berätst chinesischsprachige Reisende im Duty-Free-Shop.
  • Du übersetzt und erklärst Produktinformationen (Beauty, Parfum, Spirituosen, Süßwaren u. a.).
  • Du unterstützt Passagiere bei Fragen zu Tax Refund, Wegen im Terminal und Services.
  • Du unterstützt die Verkaufsteams im täglichen Shopbetrieb.

## Dein Profil

  • Du sprichst Mandarin fließend (Muttersprachniveau).
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse.
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und arbeitest serviceorientiert.
  • Du bist zuverlässig, offen und teamfähig.
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Du bist flexibel verfügbar – ob Teilzeit, Vollzeit oder Werkstudent:in.
