Mit jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung und spezialisierten Produktionsprozessen beliefern wir die Bereiche Herz- und Gefäßchirurgie, Handchirurgie, Neurochirurgie und plastische Chirurgie.

Als Chirurgiemechaniker/in bei Georg Alber sind Sie für die präzise Herstellung und Bearbeitung chirurgischer Instrumente verantwortlich. Sie arbeiten mit hochpräzisen Maschinen und Werkzeugen, um Instrumente gemäß strengen Qualitätsstandards zu fertigen.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fertigung chirurgischer Mikroinstrumente nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Prüfung und Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Instrumente
  • Bearbeitung verschiedener Materialien wie Stahl und Titan
  • Wartung und Einrichtung von Produktionsmaschinen
  • Dokumentation der Fertigungsprozesse

### Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chirurgiemechaniker/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung medizintechnischer Produkte
  • Präzises und sorgfältiges Arbeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Metallbearbeitung
  • Verständnis für Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO 13485
