What You’ll Do:

• •Supervise and engage with children during program hours, ensuring a safe and respectful environment
• •Facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote physical activity, wellness, and personal growth
• •Build positive, stable relationships with children and communicate regularly with their families
• •Maintain a welcoming and clean environment by setting up and cleaning up activity spaces
• •Address behavior in a supportive and constructive manner
• •Follow safety and health protocols, including first aid procedures and incident reporting
• •Ensure accurate sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain program documentation
• •Communicate program needs, concerns, or incidents to the Site Coordinator
• •Collaborate with Park District and School District staff as needed
• •Serve as a positive representative of the Dundee Township Park District

What You Bring:

• •Experience working with or leading children/youth activities
• •Strong communication and listening skills
• •Ability to handle situations with professionalism, patience, and empathy
• •Basic first aid knowledge (training provided if not certified)
• •Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork

Schedule:

Weekdays 2pm – 5:30 pm, when school is in session, unless needed to close
