  • Collaboration-Lösungen Betrieb, Support und Optimierung von Cisco
  • UC/UCC-Systemen (u. a. Cisco Unified CM, Unity Connection, IM &
  • Presence sowie Webex-Lösungen) Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im
  • 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen
  • Systembetriebs Integration von Voice-, Video- und
  • Collaboration-Lösungen in bestehende IT- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
  • Mitarbeit in Migrations-, Rollout- und Transformationsprojekten
  • (Cloud, Hybrid, On-Premises) sowie Beratung von Fachbereichen und
  • Stakeholdern DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder
  • Studium im Bereich Informatik, Telekommunikation, Nachrichtentechnik
  • oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb,
  • der Administration und dem Troubleshooting von Cisco UC/UCC-Lösungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cisco-Technologien wie Unified CM, Unity
  • Connection, IM & Presence sowie Webex Calling, Messaging und Meetings
  • Gute Kenntnisse in VoIP, SIP, Routing, Switching, QoS und
  • Netzwerktechnologien; Erfahrung mit Cloud- und Hybrid-Umgebungen von
  • Vorteil Strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute
  • Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse; Cisco-Zertifizierungen
  • (CCNA/CCNP Collaboration) wünschenswert WIR BIETEN Übertarifliche
