Citigold NAM Managed Investment Specialist Lead

The Citigold NAM Managed Investment Specialist Lead is responsible for the Managed Investments sales across mutual funds, models, and UMA/SMA solutions, reporting to the Global Head of Citi Investment Management. This leader will set the strategy and lead the execution of investment sales specialists team, including in-field calling with financial advisors and clients, coordination of managed investment offering with Citigold leaders, and delivery of Citi Wealth’s CIO views for implementation. Conversion of brokerage/cash to managed asset is a core focus of the Citigold NAM Investment Specialist team. Deep experience in investment product knowledge, a track record of building high-quality business, and exceptional relationship management is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Develop and drive sales strategy for MF & Managed Investments with Head of Citi Investment Management, Global Head of Citi Wealth Investment Solutions, and key senior leaders in Wealth
• •Partner closely with NAM Citigold segment sales leadership to incorporate managed offerings into client conversations and portfolios, leading to sales growth
• •In-field FA & client calling, focused on driving managed core investments. Relationship building with financial advisors across the US to build pipeline and drive investment sales
• •Represent managed investments priorities for top asset manager partners, driving in-field engagement of asset manager sales efforts
• •Set and manage strategic forward calendar to drive pipeline and sales
• •Lead Citigold’s investment specialists team, managing individuals’ performance, attracting/retaining talent, and setting annual plans/scorecards with leadership

Qualifications:

• •BS/BA in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred
• •15+ years of relevant work experience
• •Strong work ethic and positive attitude among fast-changing environment and priorities
• •Demonstrable Investments sales experience
• •Strong organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to work productively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• •Track record of recruiting talent and leading high performing teams to achieve common goals
• •Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• •Strong presentation skills in both small and large settings
• •Superior written and verbal communication skills
• •Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• •Travel – 75% of time into regional Citigold NAM offices

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

• $250,000.00 - $500,000.00
