Role Summary

As a City Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for bringing Snitch’s brand identity to life in all retail and exclusive brand outlets across your assigned city. You’ll ensure that each store reflects seasonal trends, campaign launches, and product focus in a visually compelling and commercially effective way. You will work closely with the central VM team, store operations, and marketing to execute consistent brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• •Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores in the assigned city.
• •Plan and execute in-store window displays, mannequins, styling, and focal points as per seasonal guidelines.
• •Localize VM strategies to suit customer preferences, store layouts, and city trends.
• •Collaborate with store managers to ensure seamless execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and visual directives.
• •Conduct regular store visits, VM audits, and training sessions for in-store teams.
• •Ensure all stores are aligned with the brand’s creative direction and visual identity.
• •Provide feedback to central VM and design teams regarding customer behavior, local competition, and visual effectiveness.
• •Support new store openings with layout planning, fixture placement, and visual setup.

Skills & Qualifications

• •2–4 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in men’s fashion or lifestyle retail.
• •Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion, trends, and consumer psychology.
• •Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• •Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• •Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Photoshop, or sketching software is a plus.
• •Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally to other regions for training or projects.
