What You’ll Do

• •Lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects—site development, roadways, drainage, utilities, and whatever challenges come next.
• •Mentor and develop junior engineers and EITs with support that helps them grow fast.
• •Partner with clients, architects, contractors, and agencies to turn ideas into built projects that serve communities.
• •Own schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and documentation—keeping projects moving and teams aligned.
• •Shape proposals and scopes with your insight and experience.
• •Leverage top tools like Civil 3D, stormwater modeling software, and GIS to streamline design and push for innovation.
• •Champion smarter, greener, more resilient engineering solutions that raise the bar for every project.

What You Bring

• •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• •PE license in Minnesota
• •5+ years of civil or municipal engineering experience.
• •Strong design and project management —you know how to get projects across the finish line.
• •A leadership style that’s supportive, open, and collaborative.
• •Bonus points for experience in land development, transportation, or water infrastructure.
• •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites and commission meetings.

Preferred Experience

• •Working with rural or small-town municipalities.
• •Familiarity with local, state, and federal funding and permitting processes.

• •Competitive salary ($85,000–$125,000 based on experience)
