Civil Project Engineer

Requirements

• •Lead and perform civil engineering design on a wide variety of projects.
• •Assist with project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and client coordination.
• •Maintain regular communication with clients to help ensure projects remain aligned with scope, budget, schedule, and technical requirements.
• •Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
• •Apply applicable regulations, policies, codes, and industry standards to ensure compliance with regulatory and project requirements.
• •Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop practical, efficient, and high-quality engineering solutions.
• •Review engineering designs, calculations, plans, and technical documents for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• •Participate in project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, surveyors, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

• •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• •Registered Civil Engineer (PE) in the State of Idaho.
• •5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
• •Demonstrated advanced proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation).
• •Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and design techniques.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
