Salary: $16.00 - $16.50| Part-Time

Monday–Thursday, 8AM - 2PM & Friday, 8AM - 12NN | 28hrs / week

What You Bring as a Cleaner

You’re someone who sees the details that make a home feel cared for.

You bring:

• •A high school diploma or GED (preferred)
• •1+ years of custodial or janitorial experience (apartment or facility cleaning a plus).
• •Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures, and environmental hazards.
• •Good communication and customer-service skills to interact with residents, visitors, and team members.
• •Time-management skills and the ability to shift tasks as priorities change.
• •Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.
• •OSHA or hazardous materials training a plus, we’ll help you build your skills with ongoing safety training.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Cleaner, you’re essential to maintaining the heart of our community.

Each day, you’ll:

• •Keep common areas spotless — sweep, mop, vacuum, polish, and disinfect throughout hallways, laundry rooms, restrooms, and community spaces.
• •Maintain curb appeal — help with groundskeeping, trash removal, and light outdoor tasks as assigned.
• •Support the team — assist maintenance staff with apartment clean-outs, light painting, bulb changes, and basic upkeep.
• •Prioritize safety — follow proper storage and handling of cleaning materials and report any maintenance or environmental issues immediately.
• •Show care — ensure residents and guests always experience a clean, welcoming environment.
