1. Context

Relief International (RI) is an international non-profit organization that works alongside communities affected by conflict, climate change, and disasters to save lives, build resilience, and promote long-term health and well-being.

2. Job Profile

We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties,

The goal is to keep our building and warehouses in a clean and orderly condition,

3. Key Responsibilities

Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)

Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Make adjustments and minor repairs

Stock and maintain supply rooms

Cooperate with the rest of the staff

Follow all health and safety regulations

Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Skills, knowledge and expertise required for the role.

Proven working experience as a cleaner

Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

Integrity

Good stamina to stand and work for long hours

Preferred who lives near the Office

Minimum an Elementary School Diploma
