Cleaning Staff

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable cleaning staff to maintain company properties, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing all rooms, changing linens, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to company standards.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.

- Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for guests.

- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, as well as clean windows and mirrors.

- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager.

- Restock and organize all property supplies and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment.

- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency across properties.

- Adhere to company policies and cleaning standards.

- Adhere to property protocols to maintain service standards

Requirements:

- Previous experience in cleaning , housekeeping, or related field preferred.

- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently within time constraints.

- Reliable transportation to and from the property site.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

- Trustworthy and professional demeanor.

The anticipated compensation range is

8.00 - 30.00 USD Hourly Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
