What will you do in this job?

  • Greet, assist and provide visitors and participants with excellent customer service.
  • Answer phones, routing calls, and take messages.
  • Post outgoing mail, order, receive Employment Services Supplies.
  • Maintain copy/work room equipment and machinery.
  • Follow all security policies and safety procedures that affect the Central office.
  • Support clerical function of Central office of Goodwill Industries of the Columbia
  • Facilitate intake paperwork and schedule appointments for staff.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting Rate : $17.50, with eligibility for annual performance-based increases. Maximum pay is $20.16, achievable through sustained good performance and years of service.

Enrollment entry dates are January 1st or July 1st.

Work Schedule & Location:

Fulltime, nonexempt position. Days and hours are typically business hours Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. However, this position may require flexing hours as business needs indicates. This position will be temporarily located at the Goodwill Employment Connection Center on Court St, Pasco WA until the new Employment Connection Center on Wrigley St, Pasco WA opens.
