## Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Ansprechpartner für unseren User-Helpdesk (Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen)
- Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Endsystemen
- Administration von Benutzerberechtigungen (z. Bsp. Fileshares)
- Unterstützung und Übernahme von Verantwortung in IT-Projekten
## Deine Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration oder vergleichbar bzw. passende technische Ausbildung
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung sowie Erfahrungen im Netzwerkbereich, mit Baramundi und virtualisierten Desktop (oder vergleichbare Vorkenntnisse)
- Erfahrung mit Windows Betriebssystemen und Standardsoftware (oder vergleichbare Vorkenntnisse)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Freude an Teamarbeit
