About the Recruiting Leadership Council: The Recruiting Leadership Council (RLC) is a membership community for Heads of Talent Acquisition, the senior executives who lead recruiting at large organizations and their key leadership teams. Through the Council, members get:

That means this role is part advisor and part builder. Some questions about how the Council should work at scale are still open, and you’ll help answer them.

The Role: As a Client Advisory Manager, you will own a portfolio of 40-60 members, made up of Heads of TA and their senior team members. You’ll be the main point of contact for these members and responsible for their experience and outcomes in the Council.

You’ll help members make progress on real challenges, like improving recruiting efficiency, building internal mobility programs, combating candidate fraud, and using AI in recruiting. You’ll also bring what you learn back to the team to shape how the Council grows.
