Client Data Analyst

Position Summary:

The Client Data (Associate) analyzes and maintains client and account data to support accurate financial reporting and business decisions. This role supports data quality and reporting processes

Primary Responsibilities

• •Maintain data quality and integrity across client data systems
• •Build and maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• •Partner with business teams to understand client data and reporting needs
• •Support ad hoc data requests and special analytical projects
• •Document data definitions and reporting processes
• •Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field

Skills and Competencies:

Strong proficiency with Excel and data visualization/reporting tools

Experience with SQL or similar data querying skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to communicate data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Familiarity with mainstream AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), with interest in applying them to data analysis and visualization

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer

Compensation Range:

$65,000-70,000
