Client Manager / Assistant Vice President - Risk Management

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

We will count on you to:

• •Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiries
• •Understand clients’ risk exposures and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and expand current client portfolio with new products, advisory services and other MMC services
• •Work with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutions
• •Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues
• •Coordination of Marsh network offices and ensure local service standards/goals are delivered
• •Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables
• •Responsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts.
• •Coaching other team members to deliver timely and focused customer service

What you need to have:

• •Bachelor degree holder in insurance, risk management or any relevant field
• •IIQE or ANZIIF qualification is required
• •6+ work experience in general insurance
• •Selling to education industry is a plus
• •Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, dedicated and flexible
• •Diligent and organized, good time management and efficient
• •Proficient in the use of the computer including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• •Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
