• This is a customer-focused operations role responsible for owning client onboarding and program deployment from initial discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
• You will work directly with strategic clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and exceptional customer outcomes.
• The role combines project management, client relationship management, data coordination, technical implementation, and operational problem-solving.
• You will translate customer needs into tailored solutions while coordinating internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Success requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail without losing sight of the broader customer experience.
• You will also help improve onboarding processes, develop scalable playbooks, and turn post-launch data and feedback into actionable recommendations.
