Client Relationship Manager (Lead Generation)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager with 3+ years of experience in core sales, preferably in the same or a relevant industry. This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for bringing in sales from scratch, generating and nurturing opportunities, converting prospects into clients, and building strong long-term client relationships.

At Coozmoo, we provide web development and complete Digital Marketing services, helping businesses build and grow their online presence. The candidate should be able to understand client requirements and effectively present our services to potential clients.

The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, fluent in communication, and skilled in negotiation and closing deals. This role is for the US Shift.

What You’ll Do

• •Generate and develop new business opportunities from scratch.
• •Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
• •Nurture leads and convert them into potential clients.
• •Manage the complete sales process, from first interaction to deal closure.
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• •Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and client meetings.
• •Negotiate terms and close business opportunities.
• •Keep client details, follow-ups, and opportunities updated in the CRM.
• •Work towards achieving individual sales targets.

• •Have 3+ years of experience in core sales, preferably in the same or relevant industry.
• •Have strong experience in handling and interacting with clients.
• •Are fluent and confident in verbal communication.
• •Have excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
• •Know how to build relationships and maintain client engagement.
• •Are comfortable navigating and managing sales activities through CRM tools.
• •Can work independently and take ownership of the complete sales process.
• •Are comfortable working in the US Shift.
