• Drive incident and outage management, ensuring timely investigation and restoration.
• Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent future incidents.
• Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments.
• Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols and service level agreements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
