Apex Group is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our growing team in Luxembourg. This opportunity is suited to a seasoned professional with strong technical capabilities, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead complex client engagements in a dynamic environment.

Candidates with experience in Securitisation structures, SPVs, IFRS, and Luxembourg GAAP will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• •Act as the point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance.
• •Oversee the delivery of accounting, corporate administration, governance, and regulatory services.
• •Mentor, and develop a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality client outcomes.
• •Review complex financial reporting and corporate administration deliverables, ensuring technical excellence and compliance.
• •Chair board meetings and liaise with directors, auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• •Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with international teams.
• •Support business development initiatives, including client pitches, proposal preparation, and fee negotiations.

What We're Looking For

• •Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
• •8+ years of experience within financial services, corporate services, or fund administration.
• •Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, Luxembourg GAAP, and alternative investment structures.
• •Meaningful experience servicing Private Equity, Private Debt, Securitisation, and SPV structures.
• •Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex client environments.
• •Strong commercial awareness, leadership presence, and sound professional judgment.
