What You'll Do

Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned projects and smaller client accounts.

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets.

Maintain project plans, documentation, and updates in Workfront and other agency tools.

Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear next steps and accountability.

Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and solutions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop estimates, manage workflow, and keep projects on track.

Communicate project status, priorities, and changes clearly with clients and internal teams.

Support process improvements and identify opportunities to work more efficiently.

What We're Looking For

2 years of project management, account coordination, marketing, or related experience.

Digital agency experience preferred.

Understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaign execution.

Experience with Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and adapt quickly.

Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with others.

Hiring Range

$50,000 — $60,000 USD
