Client Services Officer, Debt Markets – Perpetual Corporate Trust

About the Role

As a Client Services Officer within Debt Market Services, you will administer payment functions and provide day to day operational and compliance support to the Client Services Team. You will develop a working knowledge of your assigned trusts and maintain effective relationships with clients at an operational level.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• •Execute payment instructions accurately and within agreed service levels
• •Develop and maintain effective operational relationships with assigned clients
• •Build a sound working knowledge of assigned trusts and team systems
• •Complete invoicing, billing and Client Connect obligation activities
• •Follow internal controls, policies, procedures and relevant risk frameworks
• •Support client management, record keeping, archiving and filing requirements
• •Contribute to team projects and provide backup support for colleagues.

About you

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

• •At least 12 months’ experience in financial services
• •Exposure to securitisation or debt markets is preferred but not essential
• •Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
• •Analytical thinking and practical problem solving capability
• •Clear communication skills and confidence working with clients and colleagues
• •A collaborative approach and willingness to support the broader team
