  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung von Firmenkunden im Banking-Feld mit Fokus auf Kontoführung und Vertragsmanagement
  • Steuerung des gesamten Kundenzyklus: Onboarding, Kontoeröffnung, KYC-Prozesse und Verwaltung von Verfügungsberechtigten
  • Durchführung von Kontoeröffnungen und Kontopflege inklusive Vertragsbearbeitung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen (Compliance, KYC, TAX)
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im Bereich Kontoführung und Banking Services (Telefon & Ticketsystem)
  • Pflege und Dokumentation aller Daten im CRM-System (SAP CX)
  • Aufbereitung komplexer Themen rund um Konten und Bankprodukte
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Studium (BWL, Finance, Banking) oder kaufmännische/bankfachliche Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrung in Kontoführung, Kundenbetreuung oder Banking Operations von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Art(en) des Personalbedarfs: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
