What is the opportunity?

RBC Dominion Securities (RBC DS) is hiring a Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) to help transition clients to their ideal RBC platform while contributing to Wealth Management Canada's success. Based in Montréal, you will engage with clients across three branches—Québec City, Sherbrooke, and Trois-Rivières—manage web and phone inquiries, and work collaboratively with RBC teams to ensure smooth transitions and excellent service.

What will you do?

• •Conduct in-depth discovery calls with clients to assess needs and identify the most suitable RBC platform or department for their circumstances.
• •Manage a portfolio of transition activities across three assigned RBC DS branches: Québec City, Sherbrooke, and Trois-Rivières.
• •Process inbound client inquiries originating from the RBC Wealth Management Canada digital platform and phone channels, achieving timely resolution within established service level agreements.
• •Facilitate smooth client transitions between RBC platforms, maintaining detailed activity records in the contact management system.
• •Execute branch presentations to communicate the CSS program value proposition and transition process.
• •Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships across RBC DS management, advisory teams, and partner departments.
• •Administer and provide ongoing support for the investment advisory leave program.
• •Contribute to firm-wide Wealth Management Canada initiatives and strategic projects.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• •CIRO Investment Representative (IR) approval
• •Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs
• •Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the financial services industry
• •Superior time management, organizational, and multi-tasking capabilities
• •Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
• •Client service experience with a proven track record

Nice-to-have

• •CIRO Registered Representative (RR) approval
• •Knowledge of RBC's comprehensive product suite (RBC Direct Investing, RBC InvestEase, RBC Royal Bank, RBC Dominion Securities, RBC Insurance, etc.)
